Available in both a sleek black version and a 24K Gold Edition, the Arc GT4 combines a luxurious finish, enhanced functionality, and an ecosystem designed to make portable vaporization as versatile and travel-ready as possible.

HOW DOES THE ZEUS ARC GT4 WORK?

The Arc GT4 is extremely versatile, so using the device will vary slightly depending on the type of session you’re aiming for. Still, the GT4 follows a simple process regardless of whether you use the chamber directly, the ArcPods, or the Wax Pods.

• Fill the chamber: Load the chamber with herbs or an ArcPod.
• Power on the device: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds. The LED interface will light up, and a vibration will confirm that the device has turned on.
• Select your temperature: By default, the GT4 starts in Herb Mode. Press the button once to cycle through the different temperature levels.
• Heat up: The device begins heating immediately. Pulsing LEDs indicate progress, and after about 35 seconds, a solid light paired with a vibration signals it’s ready to use.
• Inhale: Draw slowly through the mouthpiece until vapor production tapers off.
• Power off: Press and hold the button for 2 seconds. A vibration confirms shutdown, and the LEDs turn off.

Tips for different types of loading:

• Direct Loading: Fill the chamber with up to 0.3 g of dry herb, tamp lightly, and proceed with the standard steps (power on, select temperature, heat, inhale). Keep the Flow Sink in place for this method. This method will provide the most amount of vapor since the chamber is in direct contact with the herbs.
• Dry Herb ArcPods: Use these pods for convenience, as each holds the perfect herb amount. The Xtruder auto-packs them for consistent airflow and time-saving. Place the filled pod in the chamber, but remove the Flow Sink to reduce the restrictiveness of airflow and tight draws.
• Wax Pods: Load 0.2–0.3 g of concentrate into the pod, insert it into the chamber, and choose a higher temperature preset for wax. Remove the Flow Sink to ensure proper airflow and smoother vapor. This method contains concentrates and simplifies cleanup. It’s also essential to consider that between hits, you want to pause for 6 to 7 seconds to allow the Wax to get heated properly. This will ensure you’re getting the most out of your concentrate and is a tradeoff of the Compact form factor paired with the convenience of the dual-use pods.

VAPOR QUALITY:

The Zeus Arc GT4 pushes vapor performance to its limits within a compact, portable design, featuring several upgrades that directly impact the taste, density, and smoothness of each session.

The chamber has been upgraded to allow heat to reach below the pod area, enabling hot air to flow more evenly around the material. While the GT4 remains primarily conduction-based, this subtle airflow effect helps reduce hot spots and improve consistency across a load. Paired with the stronger heating system, the device reaches temperature faster and maintains steadier output even during back-to-back draws.

GoldSink Technology remains a defining feature, now extending beyond the heat sink to the ArcPods themselves. The gold-coated surface inside the pods helps distribute heat efficiently while resisting buildup that can affect flavor over time. A newly integrated mesh screen sits at the base of the pods to reduce fine particles and deliver smoother inhalation. The heat sink also introduces double screening: vapor passes through two layers of filtration before reaching the mouthpiece, capturing harsh particles and cooling the vapor without stripping flavor.

Airflow is further balanced by the removable Flow Sink. With pods, removing it prevents draw restriction and keeps vapor production smooth and comfortable. With direct chamber use, leaving it in creates a denser, more concentrated draw. This flexibility allows users to choose from different styles of vapor without requiring changes to the hardware.

Finally, the GT4 supports both dry herbs and concentrates. Wax Pods are optimized for higher temperature presets, delivering dense, flavorful clouds while containing residue and making cleanup straightforward. Combined with the expanded range of temperature settings, the device allows sessions to shift between flavor-focused draws at lower levels and stronger, heavier vapor at higher ones.

Together, these changes refine the GT4’s vapor profile into one that emphasizes smoothness, consistency, and adaptability while maintaining the strong flavor integrity that defines the Arc series.

MANUFACTURING QUALITY:

The Zeus Arc GT4 reflects a focus on engineering precision and high-end design in a compact form factor. The chassis is machined with tight tolerances, giving the device a solid, balanced feel in hand while maintaining portability.

The Gold Edition uses a 24-karat coating that elevates the device into a luxury piece. While not as resistant to wear as the black finish, the gold highlights the premium character of the GT4 and makes it a true statement device. In contrast, the black edition offers a more durable finish suited to everyday handling while preserving the same build quality.

Internally, the GT4 integrates its upgraded chamber, double screen system, and GoldSink into a structure that is both efficient and consistent. The gold coating within the heat sink and pods reflects careful material selection, not only for vapor performance but also for the elevated sense of quality.

Another aspect of the GT4’s build is its updated battery system. The 3500 mAh cell was necessary to maintain consistent runtime, as the upgraded chamber and expanded temperature settings require more power than previous models. Charging is handled through a USB-C port, with a full cycle from empty to 100 percent taking approximately 90 minutes. To conserve power between uses, the device also features an accelerometer that detects motion and automatically shuts the unit off when idle, thereby extending battery life when sessions end unexpectedly.

With its combination of German engineering, precise machining, and premium material finishes, the GT4 positions itself as both a practical portable vaporizer and a timeless statement piece.

TEMPERATURE SETTINGS:

The GT4’s heating system is built around two purpose-tuned modes with expanded presets, allowing you to shape sessions without fiddling with exact degrees. It starts in Herb Mode by default and, with three quick presses of the button, switches to Solid Wax Mode. The LED interface is color-coded for clarity, with green and blue indicating herb levels and orange indicating wax levels.

What sets the GT4 apart from previous Arc models is the way it doubles the number of herb presets from three to six and adds a dedicated wax mode. The levels line up as follows:

Herb Mode:

• Level 1 (1 Green LED): 195°C/383°F
• Level 2 (2 Green LEDs): 201°C/393.8°F
• Level 3 (3 Green LEDs): 207°C/404.6°F
• Level 4 (1 Blue LED): 213°C/415.4°F
• Level 5 (2 Blue LEDs): 219°C/426.2°F
• Level 6 (3 Blue LEDs): 225°C/437°F

Wax Mode:

• Level 1 (1 Orange LED): 235°C/455°F
• Level 2 (2 Orange LEDs): 245°C/473°F
• Level 3 (3 Orange LEDs): 255°C/491°F

In practice, the expanded range provides you with more flexibility to tailor each session. The Gt4 has the highest temperature range of any double-use device (Wax and Herb). You can ease in at lower green levels for terpene-rich flavor or climb gradually through the blue levels for denser clouds. When switching to concentrates, the orange wax presets provide a clear and straightforward path for users. The color-coded LEDs make it easy to see exactly where you are, and with nine total settings, you gain more flexibility than ever without losing the simplicity of one-button control.

PORTABILITY & DISCREETNESS:

Portability has always been central to the Arc series, and the GT4 continues that focus with a compact form that is easy to carry in a pocket or bag. Despite its small size, it delivers the full set of features and performance expected from a flagship device.

The ArcPod system is the main driver of portability. Pods can be pre-filled ahead of time and swapped quickly during travel, allowing multiple sessions without handling loose material. This makes the GT4 efficient and convenient in situations where packing a chamber on the spot would be impractical. The Xtruder adds further value by filling pods consistently and quickly, although any pod can also be packed by hand.

Wax Pods extend the same advantage to concentrates. They contain the material securely and prevent leaks or mess. This flexibility keeps the GT4 adaptable for different sessions while remaining clean and travel-ready.

Whether for herbs or wax, the GT4’s size and pod system give it a level of portability that few vaporizers in its class can match, making it practical to carry and easy to use anywhere.

HOW TO CLEAN ZEUS ARC GT4:

The Zeus Arc GT4’s design makes it straightforward to keep clean if you maintain it regularly. Resin and residue build up most quickly in the chamber, mouthpiece, and vapor path, so these are the areas to focus on.

Step 1: Ensure the device is powered off and has cooled completely before cleaning.

Step 2: Remove the mouthpiece, chamber screen, and gold heat sink from the top of the unit.

Step 3: Take out the ArcPod (if one was used) and empty any remaining material from the chamber.

Step 4: Soak the mouthpiece screen, heat sink, flow sink, and other removable non-electronic parts in isopropyl alcohol for about 30 minutes.

Step 5: Use cotton swabs or pipe cleaners dipped in alcohol to wipe down the chamber walls and vapor path. Avoid submerging the chamber itself, as it contains electronics.

Step 6: Rinse all soaked parts thoroughly with warm water and let them dry completely before reassembly.

Step 7: Reinsert the heat sink, screen, and mouthpiece, ensuring everything is securely in place.

Clean the Heating Chamber:

Break a Zeus Purify Grime Stick to activate its ethyl alcohol, then scrub the gold-coated heating chamber using the stick’s textured end. Follow with a Zeus Purify Grime Wipe to eliminate lingering residue, and let the chamber air-dry completely before reassembly.

Essential Tips for Safety and Performance:

Never pour liquids directly into the device; apply cleaning agents only to the removable parts.

Avoid touching the heating chamber, Zeus Arcpod, or Waxpod while in use or during cooling.

Ensure that all flammable cleaning agents have completely evaporated before operating the device.

COMPATIBILITY WITH ACCESSORIES:

Pods and Pod Variants:

ArcPods are a core part of portability, allowing you to pre-fill sessions and swap them on the go. Zeus pushes the limits of luxury by introducing a new golden pod, the ArcPod GT. For concentrates, the GT4 ships with a Gold Wax Pod, which keeps extracts contained and the chamber clean. The GT4 also now features an upgraded Heatsink which provides an extra screen for filtration.

Accessories Beyond the Box

While the GT4 already includes pods, a wax pod, cleaning tools, and adapters, its real strength comes from the ecosystem of add-ons that expand convenience and portability.

The Zeus Xtruder is at the center of this ecosystem. Unlike a traditional grinder, it is designed to work hand in hand with ArcPods. The Xtruder automatically grinds herbs with its helix blade system and fills each ArcPod with the precise amount of material needed for optimal performance. Once the pod is full, it cleanly pops off the bottom of the Xtruder, ready to drop into the GT4’s chamber. This eliminates the mess of loose herbs and ensures every pod is packed consistently.

The Zeus E Module takes the Xtruder a step further. Instead of manually twisting the grinder, the E Module mounts on top of the Xtruder and automates the process. With one press, it rotates in a programmed sequence that grinds and fills pods effortlessly. This combination enables the preparation of multiple pods quickly, consistently, and hands-free.

The Zeus Hub ties the system together. Acting as a base station, it stores the GT4, the Xtruder, and pre-filled pods in one organized unit. This makes it easy to prep at home, keep everything in one place, and carry your setup when traveling. For users who rely on pods for portability, the Hub adds structure and convenience to the ecosystem.

For concentrate sessions, the Hot Wax Axe is a valuable add on. It heats to cut through sticky concentrates cleanly, allowing them to be dropped into the Wax Pod without mess or waste.

Filtration Options:

The GT4 also supports smoother sessions through cooling and filtration. The included adapters make it compatible with the Zeus Iceborn V3 or a standard bubbler. The Iceborn channels vapor through ice for maximum cooling, while bubblers use water filtration for smoother, more hydrated pulls. Both options reduce harshness and make higher temperature settings more comfortable.

WARRANTY:

The Zeus Arc GT4 is backed by a two-year limited warranty, which can be extended to three years upon device registration via the QR code included in your packaging. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, with the lithium-ion battery protected against abnormal defects for a period of three months from the date of purchase (excluding natural degradation).
