There may be multiple reasons, such as factors with your herb, or if you set the unit down between draws for too long, and the cool down mode has activated. Also, if the mouthpiece is assembled incorrectly (the heatsink is inserted upside down or backwards), it will block the vapor pathway. Please refer to the manual for further information.

Please ensure the pod is not packed too tightly to restrict airflow, and ensure your mouthpiece is assembled correctly. It is possible put in the heatsink backwards, so review that. Alternatively, if you are using pods, please make sure that the Flowsink and Flowsink screen are removed.
